The five-layer filter system includes a carbon filter and a pre-pump sponge filter. Water circulates through the system while the fountain is plugged in; the water-level window helps you see when it is time to top up.

Does “wireless pump” mean battery-powered?
No. The fountain needs its USB power connection during use. The pump design does not make the complete unit cordless or rechargeable.
Will my pet use it straight away?
Every pet is different. Start in a familiar drinking spot and allow time to explore. Try the spout and bubbling setups to find a preference.
Can I leave it unattended for several days?
The 2.7L capacity is not a guarantee of unattended days. Check the water and the fountain daily.
Does filtering replace cleaning?
