  • The wood tray is for table-side serving only. Never place it on a burner, in an oven or over an open flame.
  • Cast iron retains heat. Always handle a hot pan with suitable oven mitts.
  • Hand wash, then dry the pan thoroughly. Wipe the wood tray clean and do not soak it.
