Ratcheting Control. Flexible Handle Position.
Choose a useful operating angle around the caliper with the 360° rotating ratchet handle. The direction switch changes the press mechanism between spreading and retracting, without changing to a different hand tool.
A clear point of control
The paired plates form the tool's contact surfaces. Pressure against both plates is needed for the ratchet to engage. Follow the tool and vehicle instructions for correct positioning and controlled hand operation.
Two Additional Steel Plates per Tool
Each ratcheting piston press includes two additional steel plates. Your selected pack determines the number of tools, plates and bonus accessories included. The removable magnetic plates offer an alternative contact-surface size for compatible calipers. Ensure the magnetic fittings and plates are correctly aligned before use.
Intended for compatible single-, dual- and quad-piston layouts. Fit depends on the caliper geometry, piston retraction type and space available for the plates.

Compatibility, Made Clear
Does it replace a wind-back tool?
No. Use it for straight push-back pistons. Pistons that must rotate while retracting need the appropriate wind-back tool.
What about an electronic parking brake?
Follow the vehicle manufacturer's specified service-mode and piston-retraction procedure. This manual press does not perform electronic service functions.
Brake work is safety-critical. Use the correct vehicle service information and a suitably trained person. Never force a seized or incorrectly prepared piston.
