A SIMPLE DAILY ROUTINE
Your readings.
Your routine.
A compact, rechargeable wrist monitor that keeps blood pressure and pulse readings easy to view, save and bring along.
LED display | 2 users | USB-C charging

Less setup. A clearer view.
Wrap the cuff, position your wrist and start with the touch control. Large illuminated digits show systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse together. Turn voice guidance on when you want spoken feedback, or switch it off for a quieter routine.
Two user profiles store up to 99 readings each, so you can revisit earlier measurements without mixing records. Choose your profile before each measurement.

Recharge, pack, and take it with you.
The built-in rechargeable battery powers your checks without disposable-battery changes. Connect the included USB-C cable to a suitable 5V USB power source, following the user guide. The compact monitor and included storage case fit neatly into your everyday bag.

A few small steps make a difference.
- Prepare. Avoid caffeine, smoking and exercise for 30 minutes. Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
- Fit and position. Follow the included cuff-fitting guide on bare skin. Support your arm, keep the wrist straight and the monitor at heart level. Sit with your back supported and feet flat.
- Stay still. Select your user profile, start the measurement and avoid talking or moving.
- Record. Take two readings, one minute apart, and keep a consistent daily schedule as advised by your clinician.
Use it as part of your care routine
Wrist readings are sensitive to positioning. Have a healthcare professional check fit, technique and readings against their equipment. Validated upper-arm monitors are generally preferred for home monitoring. Home readings do not replace medical diagnosis or advice; do not change medication based on them.
